Schedule configurator

I increased market share with a schedule configurator that guides users from simple setup to enterprise-level complexity. There are two types of schedule: weekly, and specific days.

I identified the two main jobs-to-be-done: configuration of schedules and visualization of intersections (user flow above).

Schedule configuration for solopreneur is simpler and I used it as the starting point of the feature.

Because I didn’t consider wireframes for this feature, I went through several discarded iterations, one of which you can see above.

You create a schedule for an employee using the right-hand side, and visualize it in the left.

Putting it all together: the platform tells the user the precise hours of intersection in a given week.
